About Kopru

We help patients feel less alone when planning healthcare in Turkey. Kopru is built between Europe and Turkey, with roots in both sides of the journey. We support people who are comparing clinics, asking questions, planning travel, or trying to understand what should happen next.

Why Kopru exists

Healthcare travel should not feel like a leap into the unknown.

A patient may receive a price from one clinic, a package from another, and hotel details from a third. The replies may arrive quickly, but the decision can still feel unclear.

The difficult part is not only choosing a hospital or clinic. It is understanding what is included, who is responsible, what questions to ask, and how the trip should be planned.

Kopru was built for the space between the medical decision and the journey around it. We do not make the medical decision. We help make the path around that decision clearer, calmer, and easier to manage.

The clinic handles the treatment. Kopru supports the journey.

Two worlds, one bridge

We understand the European side of the decision and the Turkish side of the journey.

Many patients begin this decision from Europe, where they expect clarity, privacy, written information, and clear responsibility before they commit.

We know the questions European patients often ask before they trust a provider: What is included? Who is responsible? What is confirmed in writing? What happens if something changes?

We also understand how healthcare communication often works in Turkey. That difference matters when a patient is trying to make a careful decision from another country.

Kopru means “bridge” in Turkish. For us, that bridge is practical. It connects the patient, the provider, and the steps around treatment.

Why Turkey matters

Turkey can be a serious healthcare option, but the provider still matters.

Turkey has many hospitals, clinics, and doctors experienced with international patients. For many treatments, the country can offer practical access and costs that feel more manageable than in a patient’s home country.

But quality, communication, transparency, and aftercare can differ from one provider to another. The general reputation of Turkey is not enough to make a careful decision.

Kopru helps patients look beyond the broad idea of “treatment in Turkey” and understand the specific option in front of them.

How we work

We stay on the patient’s side, without taking over the medical role.

A patient should understand an offer before accepting it. Price matters, but it is not the whole decision. What matters is who is involved, what is included, what is missing, and how follow-up works.

Kopru helps with the practical side: comparing providers, reviewing quotes, preparing questions, organizing documents, planning travel, local coordination, and follow-up after returning home.

We help patients prepare, compare, ask, organize, and follow up. We do not diagnose, choose treatment, or guarantee results. Doctors and clinics remain responsible for medical assessment, consent, clinical instructions, and medical follow-up.

The final decision belongs to the patient. Kopru helps make the path easier to see before, during, and after that decision.
